近年来,中国高校青年志愿者行动的服务领域和范围不断扩大,但仍存在许多实际问题。如何更好地管理高校志愿者活动,同时在现有机制前提下,与各项高校工作结合,从而有效提升志愿服务的整体水平,需要不断研究。

This paper studies how to better manage college volunteers＇ activities,and how to combine it with all sorts of college operating work in the current mechanism,so as to enhance the overall level of voluntary service.
