In recent years,the site of college graduates employment develops gradually mature,which has become the platform for the employer to release jobs information and graduates to send their resume to find jobs.Meanwhile,it has played an important role in the university career guidance work.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the site of college graduates employment and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
