通过药师在药物不良反应投诉处理中的成功案例,总结药师在沟通中的工作体会及经验,探讨药师在参与处理药物不良反应投诉中的沟通技巧。显示药师参与药物不良反应投诉处理,减少了医疗纠纷的发生,发挥了药学专业在临床中的作用,建立了药师在患者心中的职业地位。
The author summed up the experience in communication and explored the mode of communication skills involved in adverse drug reaction complaints from successful cases handled by pharmacists.By involved in the handling of adverse drug reaction complaints,pharmacists reduced the occurrence of medical malpractice,played their clinical role and established the position in patient's heart.
