摘要
为提高氧化铝陶瓷的力学性能和抗热震性,进行陶瓷型芯前期研究,在其中掺入不同量的红柱石粉,研究其体积密度、烧成收缩率、抗折强度和抗热震性及微观结构的变化情况.结果显示:1)红柱石加入质量分数为0~30%时,可有效促进烧结并形成莫来石网络,提高氧化铝陶瓷的抗折强度.2)红柱石的加入可以调整热膨胀适配、提高导热率、提高强度和形成稳定的莫来石网络,从而提高氧化铝陶瓷的抗热震性.3)红柱石加入质量分数为25%时,试样具有较好的力学性能和抗热震性.
In order to improve mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of alumina ceramics and conduct preliminary study of ceramic cores,their samples were mixed with different amounts of andalusite powders and the ceramic volume density,firing shrinkage,bending strength,thermal shock resistance and microstructure were investigated.Its result showed that 1) when addition of andalusite was about 0~30%,its existence could can improve the bending strength of alumina ceramics with promoted sintering and mullite network forming.2) The addition of andalusite could improve the thermal shock resistance of alumina ceramics by adjusting thermal expansion adaptation,improving the thermal conductivity and strength,and forming a stable mullite network,and 3) the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of alumina ceramics with 25% andalusites were greatly improved.
