学生体质健康综合实验中心的建设与实践

Construction and practice of comprehensive experimental center of students' physical health

在对学生体质健康测试工作研究分析的基础上,以体适能评定理论与方法为指导,以系统科学理论为基础,将学生身心健康体系中的身体、心理、测试、康复等诸要素贯穿起来,提出建设集学生体质健康测试、体质健康研究、专业人员培训和健身产业发展为一体的综合实验中心。搭建了完善的学生体质健康测试康复平台,改革了现有的学生体质测试方法与手段的不足,从而实现我国学生体质健康水平的全面发展与不断提高。

In testing our students＇ physical health research and analysis, based on the physical fitness assess- ment, through taking theories and methods as a guide to the system based on scientific theory, the students＇ physical and mental health system in the physical, psychological, testing, rehabilitation and other elements around them, this paper proposes the building of the test set of student＇s health, physical health research, professional training and fitness industry as an integrated test center. Students build a complete rehabilitation of physical health testing, platform, reforming the existing test methods and means, which are insufficient, to realize the overall development and continuous improvement of our students＇ healthy level.
