面对实习基地拓展的困境,结合许昌学院电气专业实习基地建设情况,阐述了建设实习基地的必要性和具体的建设思路。通过建立校企合作价值补偿,促进了电气专业建设,优化了师资队伍,加速了企业内涵深化,促进了产学研合作发展,实现了校企双赢。

Practice base is important for engineering students to enhance practical ability, engineering aware- ness and foster the spirit of innovation. Facing the plight of practice base expansion, combining practice base construction of electrical specialty of our university, this paper puts forward the necessity and concrete ideas. Through establishing value compensation of cooperation between university and enterprise, the electrical specialty was developed, teaching staff was optimized, enterprise content was deepened and industry-university- research institute collaboration was promoted, and the win-win situation was achieved.
