摘要
文化自觉包括物质文化、制度文化、精神文化的自觉,人格的自觉是文化自觉的终极。就一所学校而言,领导层的文化自觉是学校可持续发展的动力。女子高校领导的文化自觉主要体现在办学理念、发展规划、制度建设、课程设计、人才培养、学术管理、校园环境等多个方面。女子高校的领导要牢记自身的文化使命,不断增强文化自觉,弘扬大学精神,完善管理制度,深化课程改革,凝练校园文化,努力为中国女子高等教育发展作出更大的贡献。
Cultural consciousness encompasses substance culture, system culture, spirit culture consciousness, and personality consciousness. As far as education is concerned, the cultural consciousness of an institution' s leaders is the driving force behind its sustainable development. The cultural consciousness of leaders of women' s colleges and universities mainly manifests in the institution's ideals, development planning, system construction, curriculum design, personnel training, academy management and campus environment. Leaders must bear in mind their own special cultural mission, enhance their cultural consciousness, and promote the university spirit. They also need to perfect the management system, deepen curriculum reform, and improve campus culture.
