摘要
教师科研水平的提升对高等院校办学层次和办学质量的提高,对学生人才的培养及学校办学特色的凝练乃至教师的职业发展规划都发挥着重要的作用。中华女子学院作为女子普通本科高等学校,正处在发展的关键时期,构建出系统的教师科研能力培养机制势在必行。基于此背景,借鉴赫茨伯格的"保健—激励"双因素理论,分析并提出女子高校教师科研能力培养机制构建的思路与措施。
A high level of research capabilities in teachers is needed to improve any university's quality, to cultivate talent, represent the university and promote development. As a university, it is very important for China Women's University to build a systematic training mechanism to enhance the research capabilities of its teaching faculty. This paper uses Fredrick Herzberg's two-factor theory to put forth some measures and suggestions for China Women's University.
