运用元认知策略培训 提高学生自主学习能力

摘要 为改善学生的学习现状,提高学生的自主学习能力,笔者对某独立学院英语专业的130多名学生进行了元认知策略的培训,并取得了良好的效果。在对该培训前的调查、元认知培训的实施方案以及培训结果进行回顾和分析的基础上,笔者提出元认知策略的培训对于提高学生自主学习能力具有可行性和有效性,外语教师应尽可能将元认知教学融入课堂教学,让学生在学习语言知识、获得语言技能的同时提高自主学习能力,为他们今后的终身学习打下坚实的基础。 A training program on 130 students' application of metacognitive strategies has been carried out with an aim to improve their autonomous learning ability,which turned out to be a success.Based on retrospection and analysis on the process and result of the training program,the author draws the conclusion that it is practical and effective to improve language learners' autonomous learning ability through a train on their application of metacognitive strategies and teachers should integrate the teaching of metacognitive strategies into classroom teaching to improve learners' autonomous learning ability in addition to enrich their knowledge and enhance their language skills and to lay a solid foundation for their life-time study in the future.
