职业素质训练课程教学实践探索

Practice and Exploration on Professional Quality Training Courses Teaching

职业素质是劳动者在职业工作中综合素质的集中反映。职业素质越来越为企业重视,不少教育机构亦将对教育对象的职业素质教育纳入教学内容。为探索有效的职业素质教育教学途径,笔者所在学校开设了部分职业素质教育相关课程,本人亦承担了《通用职业素质训练(基础阶段)》课程的教学工作。现将笔者教学实践活动进行总结,以期专家学者予以指导。

Professional quality is the concentrated reflection of the overall quality of workers in professional work.The professional qualities have been more and more attentioned by enterprises,many educational institutions and will also take the object of education quality education into the teaching content.Explore effective professional quality of education and teaching ways,the author＇s school opened part of the professional quality of education-related courses,the author also assumes that the ＂general professional quality training（foundation stage）＂ course teaching.The author summarized his teaching prac-tice activities,hope experts and scholars to provide some guidance.
