摘要
5S现场管理是现代企业管理的有机组成部分,它是运用科学的管理思想、管理方式,对生产现场的各种要素进行合理配置和优化组合的动态过程。所谓现场,就是指企业为顾客设计、生产和销售产品和服务以及与顾客交流的地方,现场为企业创造出附加值,是企业活动最活跃的地方。本文主要对5S现场管理问题、注意事项等进行探讨。
5S on-site management of modern enterprise management is the organic composition part,it uses of scientific management ideas,management modes,on the production site to various elements of the rational allocation and optimization of dynamic process.The site,refers to the enterprise for customers design,production and sales of products and services and customers exchange place,site for the enterprise to create value,is the most active place of the enterprise.This paper discuss-ed the 5S site management problems,notes needing attention.
