The stock market is a barometer of the national economy,can promote the sound and rapid development of the stock market in the process of rapid development in China to establish a good financial environment,maintaining the security of the national economy.The paper first analyzes the problems of China＇s stock market,and comparative study of the domestic and foreign stock markets,the development of China＇s stock market made a number of recommendations for improvement.
