文章从传统中国人才培养模式入手,分析了传统中国人才培养模式的利弊,在此基础上提出了创新性人才培养模式的理念,并从具体的培养理念、培养体系、教学方式等各个方面全面地论述了创新性人才培养模式。进而对中国全日制艺术硕士专业人才培养模式提出了自己的见解。
