清水建筑在我国有着久远的历史。建国以来,砖一直是我国建筑业主要依靠的大宗材料,目前我国新建筑中以砖为墙体材料的砖混结构建筑占90%以上。从全国范围来看,其中外墙采用全装修形式的只占少数。成片的住宅区和普通建筑大都还是以清水建筑的形式为主。它的美观问题直接关系到城市的观瞻,并在一定程度上反映一个国家的面貌和文化水平。而且随着社会物质文化水平的提高,人们对建筑的审美要求也越来越高,所以搞好清水建筑的设计是一个很重要、很现实的问题。
