摘要
目的探讨并分析急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析68例急性病毒性心肌炎患者的临床诊治资料。结果 68例患者中,治愈48例,显效19例,死亡1例。死亡原因是突发心力衰竭,心跳骤停,血压急剧下降,抢救无效。未见明显不良反应。结论急性病毒性心肌炎病情凶险,应引起注意,及早发现及诊断,可有效控制合并症,才能降低死亡率。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of acute viral myocardi- tis. Methods The clinical datas of 68patients with acute viral myocarditis were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results In 68 patients, 48 cases were cured, 19 cases were effective, 1 cases were dead. The cause of death was sudden heart failure, cardiac arrest, blood pressure decreased sharply, and was rescued invalidly. There was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Acute viral myocarditis was dangerous disease. We would pay attention to early detecting and diagnosing, which could effectively control the complications and reduce mortality.
