老年骨科患者应用小剂量罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉手术的临床路径

The small dose of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for combined spinal-e pidural anesthesia in elderly orthopedics patients

目的探讨小剂量罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于老年患者骨科手术的疗效。方法将老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组用小剂量罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉,对照组单纯硬膜外麻醉,观察二组疗效。结果实验组阻滞时间显示快于对照组。结论应用小剂量罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉手术生命体征稳定、安全、可靠,疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the small dose of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for combined spi- nal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing department of orthopedics operation curative effect. Meth- ods The elderly patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group with a small dose of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, the control group was treated with epidural anesthesia, observation of curative effect in two groups. Results The experi- mental group block time display in control group. Conclusion The application of small dose of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia operation with stable vital signs, safe, reliable, satisfied curative effect.
