超声引导介入手术与传统开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿疗效分析

Analyze treatment effect of ovarian cyst ultrasound-guided intervention operation and traditional open surgery

目的比较超声引导介入手术与传统开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法选取我院收治的卵巢囊肿患者106例作为此次研究对象,随机分为开腹组(传统的开腹手术治疗)和超声组(超声引导介入手术);比较两组患者手术时间、出血量及住院时间;检查患者术后囊肿的清除情况,并术后随访一年观察囊肿复发情况。结果超声组的手术时间及住院时间均较开腹组短;术中出血量明显低于开腹组(P<0.05)。术后,超声组的单次囊肿清除的成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但是对患者进行一年的随访发现,超声组和开腹组囊肿复发率均为3.77%。结论超声引导介入手术相比传统的开腹手术在治疗女性卵巢囊肿这一疾病上具有明显的优势,值得在临床实践上推广。

Objective Compare the curative effect of ovarian cyst ultrasound-guided intervention oper- ation and traditional open surgery. Methods 106 cases of ovarian cysts in our hospital were divided into the open group （traditional open surgery）and the ultrasound group（ ultrasound-guided intervention operation） ran- domly. The operation time, amount of bleeding and hospital time were compared between the two groups pa- tients. The removal of the cyst and the recurrence of the cyst in one year follow-up were observed. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the ultrasound group were shorter than the open group. The amount of bleeding was obviously lower than the open group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the operation. The single cyst clear suc- cess rate is obviously higher in the ultrasound group of than that of the open group. （P 〈 0.05）, but the cyst recurrence rates were 3.77% in two groups in a year of follow-up. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided intervention operation has more advantage than the traditional open surgery, which is worth Popularizing in clinical practice.
