早产儿宫外生长迟缓的危险因素分析

The study of risk factors about extrauterine growth retardation in premature infants

目的分析早产儿宫外生长迟缓的危险因素。方法 120例早产儿出生后进行头围和体重检测,出院时EURG为实验组,非EURG为对照组对比分析EURG的发生率,在采用Logistic进行多因素分析EURG发生的危险因素。结果体重计EURG的危险因素为胎龄、出生体重、并发症、IURG、头围及体重下降时间;以头围计危险因素为胎龄、体重、头围、体重下降时间及静脉用氨基酸最大量。结论发生EURG的危险因素有出生体重、出生胎龄、IURG、生后并发症、体重下降时间、出生头围、静脉用氨基酸最大量。

Objective To study the risk factors of premature neonates associated with EUGR. Meth- ods 120 premature neonates were monitored the weights and head circumference. When released from the hos- pital with EURG for experimental group, not EURG as control group, logistic regression analysis was applied to investigate the risk factors correlating with EUGR. Results By weigh, the risk factors of EURG were gestation- al age,birth weight, IURG, the complications after birth, weighing down time and head circumference. By head circumference, the risk factors were gestational age, birth weight, weighing down time and the highest quantity of amino acids. Conclusion The risk factors of EURG were gestational age,birth weight,IURG,the complications after birth and head circumference, weighing down time and the highest quantity of amino acids.
