妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染诊治分析

Diagnosis and analysis on pregnancy with pneumonia mycoplasma infection

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2011年1月至2012年6月在妇幼保健院内科住院治疗的13例妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染患者为研究对象,本研究所有孕妇均给予阿奇霉素治疗,同时予祛痰、退热对症治疗,观察孕妇的临床疗效和药物不良反应发生情况。结果在本研究13例孕妇中,11例孕妇治愈,2例治疗有效,治疗总有效率为100%。结论阿奇霉素治疗妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染临床疗效确切,安全可靠,不良反应少,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of pregnancy with pneumonia my- coplasma infection by azithromycin. Methods The clinical data of eight pregnancy with pneumonia mycoplasma infection who were treated in our maternal and child care service centre from January 2011 to June 2012, then the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction rate of each group was evaluated. Results The total clinical effi- cient rate in the observation group was high （ 100% ）, and there were no adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Pregnancy with pneumonia mycoplasma infection by azithromycin can obtaine satisfactory curative effect, it is safe and reliable, it is worthy of clinical application.
