摘要
目的分析乳腺癌超声声像图特征、红外光图像特征及临床特点,同时联合超声定位下穿刺活检,提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率。方法研究了乳腺肿块84例,所有病例均经临床检查、红外线、高频超声检查,对比红外线和高频超声影像学检查对的早期乳腺癌诊断优缺点,对可疑恶性的24例乳腺肿块进行超声引导下穿刺活检,全部病例均经病理和手术证实。结果高频彩超、红外光与超声定位下穿刺活检三者联合应用,对恶性肿块的诊断敏感性明显提高。结论联合应用高频超声、红外光与超声定位下穿刺活检,可明显提高乳腺癌的准确率。
Objective Analysis of image characteristics and clinical features of breast cancer sono- graphic characteristics of infrared light, combined with ultrasound localization biopsy, to improve the diagnosis rate of early breast cancer. Methods Studied 84 cases of breast lumps, all cases were confirmed by clinical examination, infrared, high-frequency ultrasound contrast infrared and high-frequency ultrasound imaging to check for early diagnosis of breast cancer advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound-guided, 24 cases of suspi- cious malignant breast massesbiopsy, all patients were confirmed by pathology and surgery. Results High-fre- quency ultrasound, infrared and ultrasound localization biopsy combined application significantly improved the diagnostic sensitivity of malignant tumors. Conclusion Joint application of high frequency ultrasound, infrared light and ultrasound localization biopsy, can significantly improve the accuracy of breast cancer.
