摘要
目的总结30例急性脊髓炎患者的综合护理体会。方法回顾性分析我科2011年10月至2012年6月收治的30例急性脊髓炎患者的临床资料,并给予患者科学、有效的综合护理。结果通过心理护理、并发症的护理和系统化康复护理后,30例患者均痊愈出院。结论科学、合理的综合护理利于患者积极配合治疗、护理及康复活动,可减少并发症的发生率、提高治愈率、促进患者康复、提高患者生活质量。
Objective To summary the comprehensive nursing experience of 30 cases of acute osteomy- elitis patients. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 30 cases acute osteomyelitis patients from Octo- ber 2011 to June 2012, and give the patients the scientific, effective integrated care. Results Through psycho- logical nursing, complication nursing and systematic rehabilitation nursing, 30 patients were cured. Conclusion Science, reasonable comprehensive nursing is good for patients actively cooperated with the treatment, nurs- ing and rehabilitation activities, can decrease the incidence of complication, improve the cure rate, promote the recovery of the patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
