摘要
目的总结口腔种植手术加CEREC Ⅲ修复的护理经验。方法回顾本科室28例口腔种植牙患者资料,总结种植术前、术中和术后的护理方法。据CEREC要求的特殊性,操作中严密做好隔湿,粘接过程中动作迅速、准确,与医生配合默契。结果经过恰当的临床配合和护理,共植入种植体28颗。手术护理过程顺利。术后无明显并发症。正确的护理配合有助于提高成功率。结论口腔种植手术的成功需要完善的术前准备,精确的手术操作,精细的术中护理,医生、患者和护士的良好配合,以及术后的精心护理。CEREC修复系统中严密做好隔湿,熟练掌握操作步骤,可提高工作效率,减少误差。
Objective To summarize the experience and practice of surgical nursing during oral im- plant and CEREC III treatment. Methods Experience of preoperative, operative and postoperative nursing methods in 28 dental implantal patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to CEREC＇s specialty, saliva i- solation and skilled operation were strictly complied with during the whole process. Results With proper clini- cal nursing and eollaboration,2g dental implants were implanted. No obvious complications revealed. After 12 months＇follow-up, all implants succeeded and all patients were satisfied with the results. Successful cases were finished by CEREC III, and skilled nursing help to improve success rate. Conclusion The success of oral im- plant operation needs perfect preoperative preparation, careful nursing, doctors＇ and nurses＇ sophisticated col- laboration, and postoperative nursing. In order to improve efficiency and decrease error nurses should be profi- cient and pay attention to saliva isolation during the operation.
