"精神高地"是相对于"物质洼地"而言的。它是人们在学习、工作和生活中表现出来的、高于当前物质发展阶段且能引领未来发展的良好精神面貌。毕节试验区"精神高地"具有特定的内涵。构筑"精神高地"对试验区经济社会的发展具有重要的现实意义。
Spirit highland is relative to material bottomland. The so called spirit highland, which behaves in people＇ s study, work and life, is a description of a kind of very good spirit status. It is higher than the cur- rent material development stage and will usher into future development. The spirit highland in Bijie experi- mental region has specific connotation. Moreover, the establishment of the spirit highland has important practi- cal significance to the development of the society and economy of t he pilot area.
