高校公共选修课视域下的创新型人才培养模式探析

摘要 创新是人才最显著的特征,大学是培养人才的摇篮。培养创新型人才是目前高校最紧要的目标之一,创新性思维是创新型人才智力结构的核心。随着科学的高速发展,学科交叉成为当今学术研究的热点和重点问题,公共选修课是进行交叉学科培养创新型人才的有效途径。如何在公共选修课视域下培养学生的创新性思维,成为高等院校课程教学改革的重中之重。从创新性思维入手,以高校公共选修课为支点,展开对交叉学科视野下培养学生的创新性思维的探讨,并提出几点思考。 Cultivating innovative talents is one of the most critical goals in the university and innovative thinking is the core of the innovative talent intelligence structure. With the rapid development of science, inter- disciplinary is becoming key issues of today's academic research, public elective courses are the effective way to cultivate innovative talents by interdisciplinary. How to develop studentsj creative thinking in the public elective sight becomes the top priority of the reform of institutions of higher teaching. In this paper, we take the Innovative thinking cultivation as a start point and tale the college elective course as an example to discuss the teaching mode for facilitating students' innovative thinking cultivation in the interdisciplinary perspective.
