研究生教育现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestion to Current State of Postgraduate Education

随着我国研究生招生规模的扩大,研究生教育面临着前所未有的挑战。如何进一步提高研究生的培养质量,是需要研究和解决的重要问题。通过分析当前我国研究生教育存在的问题,对提高研究生培养质量提出了以下五个方面的建议:限制研究生培养数量、建立合理的培养模式、提高研究生导师指导水平、培养研究生创新能力、规范化论文答辩。

With the enlargement of postgraduate admission scale, the graduate education is meeting the unprecedented challenges. How to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation is an important issue to be studied and solved. This paper analyses the problems existing in current graduate education, and proposes some suggestions from five aspects as follows： restricting the amount of graduate students; establishing the in- novative program of graduate education and putting it in practice; improving the level of the tutor; fostering the innovative ability of the postgraduate students; formulating thesis defense.
