摘要
准确评定“卓越工程师”的综合能力是保证人才培养质量的重要保证。文章在分析了＂卓越工程师＂的能力要求后，建立一个面向综合能力的评价的指标体系，并应用网络层次分析法建立了评价模型，力求客观科学地对其综合能力进行评价。
Accurate assessment of the comprehensive capacity of ＂excellence engineer＂ is an important guarantce to ensure the quality of personnel training. After analyzing the capacity requirements of ＂excellence engineers＂, the establishment of a comprehensive capacity-oriented evaluation index system, and application of network analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation model, and strive to objective scientific evaluation of its comprehensive ability.
