摘要
教研组活动一直是我国教育界提高教育质量、凝结教师集体智慧的重要手段,也是我国教师、教育研究者经常在国外同行面前引以为豪的组织架构。教研组建设方面虽然取得一定研究成果和实践经验,但也存在一些问题。文章针对初中历史与社会教研组发展提出建议。
Teaching and research activities of the education sector has been to improve the quality of education, and import- ant means of condensation teachers collective wisdom, our teachers, educational researchers often in front of their foreign counterparts proud of the organizational structure. Although teaching group construction obtained certain research results and practical experience, but also put in a few problems. This paper for junior middle school history and society teaching groups development, put forward some recommendations.
