化学学科科研基础训练实验教学改革初探

摘要 通过对当前大学化学学科实验教学的现状进行分析,总结教学过程存在的问题,结合有机化学、分析化学等学科的教学特点,提出首先制备有机分析试剂,然后以合成产物为光度分析试剂,对具体的实际样品进行分析测试,把有机化学、分析化学的实验教学紧密结合起来,以此来提高实验教学的目的性和针对性;将课堂教学和具体案例的实际应用结合起来,达到改善教学效果,提高学生对化学学科应用性认识,激发学习学习兴趣,达到培养学生动手能力和初步创新能力的目的. By analysis of the status of the current university chemistry experiment teaching, summed up the problems of the teaching process, combined with organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and other disciplines teaching characteristics pro- posed organic analytical reagents prepared first, then ragent synthetic product, specificactual sample analysis test, the organic chemistry, analytical chemistry experimental teaching closely combined, in order to 5mprove the experimental teaching pur- poses and targeted; classroom instruction and practical application of the specific case combined to improve teaching effec- tivenessraise the awareness of students of chemistry, stimulate learning interest in learning, in order to train the purpose of student ability and preliminary innovation capability.
