板型红外线辐射加热装置探讨

常用的电红外线加热辐射源有灯型（反射式）、管型（石英管式）和板型（平面式）三种。其中板型红外线辐射源的辐射表面是一个平面，由扁平的电阻板组成，因其具有加热面积大，可以分摊热量的特点。具有工作温度高（可达到1000℃以上），热效率高的优势，有良好的发展前景。本文就板式红外加热器的优势原理进行分析，并对其具体的设计结构做一些探讨。
