病症康复学是中职康复技术专业的重点专业课程之一，对所有专业课程起着承上启下的作用，同时它也是学生较难掌握的一门课程，本文作者通过运用多种教学方法和学习方法，对其中“颈椎病的康复”一节进行详尽的课前说课设计，探索提高学生学习兴趣和学习效率的方法，同时与同行进行相互交流、相互学习，以提高教学水平。
