目的：揭示出在我国大多数药用植物学教材给花被、花萼、花冠、副萼、副花冠诸概念所下的定义中，存在的问题。并提出相应的较完善的定义。方法：查阅相关的所有教材和分类学著作，考察相关的所有事实．结果和结论：我国大多数药用植物学教材给上述诸概念所下的定义，均未能概括、照应相关的所有事实，而以詹亚华教授主编的药用植物学教材（第2版）的相应定义为蓝本，按本论文这样对其中少数地方作出修正后所形成的定义，则能概括、照应相关的所有事实。
