研究了江淮稻区白背飞虱和褐飞虱的成灾规律 ,以及稻飞虱灾变的短、中、长期预测技术。根据 2种稻飞虱的灾变特点分别制定了相应的治理对策。为强调稻飞虱减灾的社会性、系统性 。

The disastrous rule of rice planthopper occurrence in Jianghuai rice region and its forecast techniques were studied. The control countermeasure was made out according to the insects' characters. The composition of the reducing disastrous system and its function were studied.
