A New Approach to Analogue Circuits Fault Diagnosis——The Fuzzy Clustering Method

对模拟电路故障诊断的研究,目前仍处于继续探讨新的原理和方法,不断改进现有方法的阶段.本文提出的模糊聚类诊断法对于诊断模拟电路中的交流软故障比较有效,且对元件的容差影响有一定的防护作用,有实用意义.

The research of analogue circuits fault diagnosis,now,is still in the stage of continuing to develope the new principles and methods,and going on improving the existing methods.This paper discribing the fuzzy clustering method is available for alternating soft-fault in the diagnosis of analogue circuits.It plays some de- fence roles of the elements tolerance,and has the practical significance.
