摘要 演讲与口才类课程受到越来越多的关注。文章根据中国高校学生演讲能力不足的弱点和现阶段中国高校演讲与口才类课程的特点,探索性地对演讲与口才课程设计进行了改革。改革后的演讲与口才课程定位于指导大学生如何去提高自身的演讲与口才素质。该课程结合我国国情,将国际组织Toastmaster口才培训方式及技巧引入课堂,增加课堂互动,提高学生的兴趣。结果显示,结合中国国情,将Toastmaster培训方式运用到高校演讲与口才课程上不仅优化了这门课的课堂教学,显著提高了学生的演讲水平,并且激发了他们对提高自我表达的兴趣,培养了学生的发散性思维,增强了自信心,有利于提高其综合素质和求职能力。 College courses on public speaking have received more and more attention. According to the public speaking level of Chinese college student and weakness in college speaking training at present,an exploratory reform,aiming at helping students' verbal communication during all kinds of interviews,has been done in college selective course of public speaking and presentation. The international Toastmaster speaking training skills had been first introduced into the classroom and modified based on Chinese national condition. Results showed that the application of Toastmaster public speaking and presentation. This course training skills helped optimize not only increased students' the efficiency of the course of public speaking performance significantly,but also stimulated their interests for expressing themselves and encouraged self-motivation which would help built up students' confidence and comprehensive quality for further job-hunting competition.
