摘要
通过全国多家实验室的大量监测数据,研究分析了离子选择电极法测定水中氟化物的质量控制指标。研究表明,在0.5~4.5 mg/L范围内同一标准样品多次测定的质量控制指标为:室内相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.0%,室间相对标准偏差(RSD')≤8.0%,相对误差(RE)≤±10.0%。在0.06~7.0 mg/L范围内实际样品平行双样测定质量控制指标为:相对偏差(RD)≤5.0%。加标回收率范围为90%~110%。
On the basis of a large number of monitoring data from many laboratories nationwidely,we analyzed the quality control index of the fluoride, and compared with the QC index in interrelated references. Studies indicated that the RSD( within-laboratory relative standard deviation) control limit of standard samples was less than 4. 0% , RSD' ( inter-laboratory relative standard deviation)was less than 8% and the relative error was controded within 10% when the concentration was beteen 0. 5 mg/L and 4.5 mg/L. Relative deviation of aetual samples which concentration was between 0.06 mg/L and 7.0 mg/L was less than 5%. The correspounding recovery rates can be ranged between 90% and 110%.
