摘要
用 8种单克隆抗体 ( TH1 4B、BAQ4 4A、BIg4 5A、BIg71 5A、BIg50 1 E、CACT1 0 5A、MM1 A、AH-CC1 2 5) ,结合常规病理学方法 ,对 1 0头流行性白血病病牛的免疫病理学进行了观察。结果 :患病较轻时 ,淋巴结内的淋巴小结肿大 ,生发中心明显 ,副皮质区显著增宽。脾脏中的脾小体亦增大 ,动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚。用 Mc Ab证明 ,在淋巴结和脾脏中有较多的 B淋巴细胞和大量 T淋巴细胞。患病较重时 ,淋巴结中的淋巴小结萎缩、消失 ,皮质区有大量弥散的小淋巴细胞 ,脾小体萎缩 ,残存脾小体的生发中心内网状细胞增生 ,周边有大量小淋巴细胞。动脉周围淋巴鞘扩大 ,有多量小淋巴细胞聚集 ,有时可见到相邻的淋巴鞘融合的现象。用Mc Ab证明 ,在淋巴结和脾脏内有大量 T淋巴细胞 ,而 B淋巴细胞稀疏 ,甚至消失。据此认为 ,牛流行性白血病以细胞免疫反应为主 。
Both cellular and humoral immune status were observed by the monoclonal antibodies(McAbs) of TH14B, BAQ44A, PIg45A, BIg715A, PIg501E, CACT105A, MM1A and IL A130 and the pathomorphology in 10 cattle with enzootic bovine leukosis(EBL). The results showed that cattle with EBL at the early stage had the swollen lymph nodules with an obvious germinal center and widened paracortical zone. The splenic corpuscles were enlarged and periarterial lymphatic sheath thickened in spleen. A number of B cells and T cells were observed by McAbs in lymph nodes and spleen. At the later stage the lymph nodules were atrophy or almost disappeared and a lot of small lymphocytes diffused in the cortex of lymph node. The splenic corpuscle turned also atrophy. The proliferation of reticular cells was found in germinal center of the residual splenic corpuscle. A number of small lymphocytes surrounded in periphery of splenic corpuscle. Periaterial lymphatic sheath was expend with a lot of small lymphocytes and sometime being fused together. By McAbs a number of T cells were observed, but B cells were decreased or even disappeared in lymph nodes and spleen. It is suggested that the immune responses in EBL are mainly cellular immune response induced T cells and the humoral response get weaker with the progression of EBL.
