木材标本微机管理系统的研究

STUDY OF MICRO-COMPUTERIZED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF WOOD SPECIMEN

根据集合数学理论和数据库结构原理,在APPLE-Ⅱ和IBM/PC/XT两类微机上研制了“木材标本管理系统”软件。它具有快速、准确、功能齐全、汉字提示充分、自行矫错、灵活方便等特点,并能辅助标本室原有卡片管理系统与其同步并存。用它可便利地进行标本库文件和索引文件的建立和删改,以几十种方式对库内标本进行检索、分类、清理,以及标本的清单、卡片、标签的打印等操作。本研究对木材标本室工作效率和管理水平的提高以及微机在标本管理领域的推广应用都具有积极意义和实用价值。本系统软件以东北林业大学木材标本室为对象调试已获成功,稍加修改,还可适用于树木学、植物、动物、昆虫等方面的标本管理。

This paper was targeted for scientific management of wood specimen room. According to collecting mathematics and data base construction theory, the software of management system of wood specimen was developed on Apple-Ⅱ and IBM/PC/XT, which offers advantages like quickness, accuracy, multi-functions, full-promotion of Chinese characters, self-correction and convenience and it also offer some help for original card management system of wood specimen room. The documents of specimen base and index can be established and revised conveniently. The specimen can be indexed, classified and ordered by several dozen manners, so that the research has a signi-ficant and practical value for improving the management and efficiency of specimen and developing the computer technics. The software system has adjusted successfully according to the wood specimens in Northeast Forestry University and with some revising, it may be suited for specimen management in trees, animals and insects.
