腹腔镜结合靛胭脂染色在子宫内膜异位症中的临床应用

摘要 腹腔镜结合靛胭脂染色,即在腹腔镜放大直视下将靛胭脂染剂喷洒于观察区,利用靛胭脂不与黏膜结合、不起化学反应,沉积于黏膜凹陷处,与正常粘膜形成鲜明对比,使病损区凹凸不平的形象更加明显,进而利于病变形态的辨认和观察。具有易行、简单、便宜、有助于准确活检等优势。现已广泛应用于消化道疾病的早期诊断中,然而用于子宫内膜异位症的诊断还处于早期阶段。现将内镜下色素染色技术在国内外的研究进展做一综述。
