Structure Design of Torsion Bar Assembly Equipment for an Automobile Steering Gear

为提高汽车转向器总成装配的生产效率,减轻操作工人的劳动强度,开发了转向器扭杆压入装备,介绍其总体方案设计,压装装置、定位装置和升降装置的设计等。实际应用表明:所设计的机械结构能够很好地完成规定的动作,达到了节拍要求,大大提高了生产效率。

In order to improve the automobile steering gear＇s assembly production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, a steering gear torsion bar assembly equipment was developed. The overall scheme design, designs of press-printing device, positioning device and lifting device were illustrated. The actual application indicates that the designed equipment can be used to finish the stipulation ac- tion. Beat requirements are met and production efficiency is enhanced.
