摘要
阐述三轴联动切点跟踪磨削曲轴的原理。在加工过程中,利用马波斯量仪对曲轴连杆颈进行圆度检测,并生成误差补偿文件。由误差文件引导,通过SINUMERIK 840D数控系统的插补表与电子齿轮功能来实现带即时精度补偿的磨削。采用即时精度补偿的磨削方法为提高曲轴磨床磨削精度提供了一种新的思路。
The principle of crankshaft grinding with three-axis linkage and cutting point tracking was introduced. Roundness of the crankshaft connecting rod diameter was detected by Marposs measuring instrument by which error compensation files were generated during processing. Guided by the error file, a new grinding method by real-time precision compensation was performed by electronic gear and interpolation table under SINUMERIK 840D CNC system'. The grinding method with real-time precision compensation pro- vides a new research direction to improve the accuracy of crankshaft grinding.
