摘要
开发一种在核心技术上具有自主知识产权的H型偏零开口液脉冲控制伺服阀,利用结构设计和液压油路控制,实现高效节能液控振动挖掘机的振动挖掘方式,将传统的静态挖掘力变革为动态瞬间大的冲击挖掘力,目的是解决挖掘机在硬地面、矿山碎石地面、山石地震等复杂地面施工中出现的效率低、耗能高等问题,同时克服传统伺服阀的加工困难、造价高、抗污染能力差、滤油回路设计复杂、滤油器制造困难等问题。
A H-type zero opening hydraulic pulse control servo valve with independent intellectual property in the core technology was developed. To realize vibration mining way of the energy-efficiency hydraulic controlled vibration excavator with the structure de- sign and hydraulic oil control system, the traditional static digging force was changed into dynamic digging force. The purpose is to solve low efficiency and large energy consumption of excavator in the complex ground construction works, such as hard ground surface, mining gravel ground, rock earthquake ground and etc. At the same time, some problem are overcome, such as traditional servo valve processing difficulties, high cost and poor pollution-resistant ability, and complex in oil filter circuit design and difficulty in filter manufacturing.
