摘要
研究齿轮测量中心数控系统的控制方式和齿轮坐标法测量的原理,根据渐开线齿轮测量中法线极坐标的线性关系,提出一种基于电子齿轮功能的跟踪控制方法,减小了线性联动的控制误差,使得整个数控系统的合成轨迹更加接近被测廓形的标准理论曲线,仪器的测量精度得到提高。
Control mode of the numerical control system of gear measurement center and the principle ot gear coordinates meas- urement were studied. According to the linear relationship of normal polar coordinates in involute gear measurement, a tracing control method based on the function of electronic gear was proposed. Control error of linear linkage was reduced, making the synthetic trajec- tory of numerical control system more close to the theory curve of the measured contour. The accuracy of the instrument is improved.
