摘要
介绍基于PC开放式控制器的经济型零件尺寸测量系统的研制过程,主要包括系统方案的制定和运动控制卡、步进驱动系统和丝杠导轨等的设计选型,阐述测头与MPC07卡的接口电路的设计和控制软件的设计。
Triturating of economic-type part dimension measuring system based on PC with open motion controller was introduced, including determination of system program and design and leetotype of motion controller, step-motor, lead screw and linear gnideway. Designs of control software and interface circuit between gauge head and MPC07 were described.
