基于LabVIEW的比例阀相频特性3种测试方法及其比较

Three Testing Methods for Proportional Valve Phase Frequency Characteristic and Comparison Based on LabVIEW

电液比例阀的频率特性测试是电液比例阀测试的重要部分,它对测试系统的精确性、快速性、高频范围都提出了较高的要求。基于LabVIEW程序,采用不同的数据处理方法,用虚拟仪器对电液比例阀进行谐波扫描法的动态测试,并对实验结果进行对比。结果表明:该系统能较好地满足实际测试要求,为电液比例阀的测试提供了一种方便、经济、精确的测试方法。

The frequency characteristic test of electro-hydraulic proportional valve was an important testing part for its testing, for which high requirements on accuracy, rapidity and high frequency rang were all need. By using harmonization sweep method of dynam- ic testing based on virtual instrument of LabVIEW, and adopting different data processing method, several methods on electro-hydraulic proportional valve were provided, and comparison of results among them made. The results show that the requirements of actual tests can be met by this system, which provided a convenient, economical and accurate testing method for electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
