基于绿色供应链管理的现代企业物流管理模式研究

Study on Modern Enterprise Logistics Management Mode Based on Green SCM

首先指出了基于绿色供应链的现代企业物流管理的基本框架体系及其模块构成,明确了绿色供应链下企业物流管理模式的主要内涵和重点,接着分析了现代企业绿色供应链物流管理模式的基本流程环节及其相互作用机制,主要从绿色设计、绿色材料应用、供应过程绿色化、绿色制造、绿色分销以及废弃产品的处理绿色化等几个方面进行了重点的梳理,最后提出了企业布局和实施绿色供应链物流管理方案的建议和对策。

In this paper, we first pointed out the basic framework and modules of the modern enterprise logistics management system based on green supply chain, clarified the main intension and focus of the management mode, analyzed its basic processes and working mechanism mainly from the aspects of green design, use of green materials, green supply process, green manufacturing, green distribution and green treatment of waste products, etc., and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures of enterprise layout and implementation of green supply chain logistics management solutions.
