摘要
采后 4 0 d、 80 d的猕猴桃果肉切片经不同浓度 Ca Cl2 处理后衰老均被延缓 ,但前者果肉中的丙二醛含量均呈先高后低变化 ,而后者却表现出不同的变化趋势 。
and 80 days after harvesting,the senescence of sarcocarp sections of Kiwifruit could be postponed by different CaCl 2 treatments.The TBA value which indicates MBA content in sarcocarp sections of harvested Kiwifruit after 40 days increased early and then decreased.While the TBA value increased gradually after 80 days.The reasons for these changes were also discussed.
