利用中型板式超滤 /纳滤器对山药粘液质浸取液中的粘液蛋白质进行浓缩提取 ,研究不同操作条件对膜通量的影响 。

This paper is concerned with the concentration of Chinese yam protein from its aqueous solution.The tests were conducted by a middle scale microfiltrator/nanofiltrator with a commercial negatively charged membrane.The appropriate operation conditions were determined,and this method was proved to be feasible.
