摘要
2010年11月起,共青团中央、教育部党组联合部署高校共青团干部赴县(区)级团委挂职。高校共青团干部投身基层,在工作中推进基层团组织建设,同时也得到了很好锻炼,对于高校共青团干部的健康成长和共青团工作的顺利开展都收到了良好效果。当前,加强团的基层组织建设和基层工作已经进入全面推进的关键时期,如何形成和完善共青团干部培养的长效机制,充分发挥高校共青团的优势,服务于地方基层团组织建设,是值得研究的一项重要课题。
Since November 2010,the CYL Central Committee and the Ministry of Education have been jointly arranging that the university CYL cadres take temporary posts in the Youth League Committee of counties(districts).These leaders are dedicated at the grass-roots level and promote the development of the basic League organizations in their work,while getting good practice with sound effects for their own favorable improvement as well as the work.Currently,it is the critical period to strengthen the development of basic-level League organizations and propel grass-roots work comprehensively.The following is a significant issue worthy of studying: how to form and perfect the lasting effect mechanism for training them while giving full play to the superiority of the university CYL so as to serve the development of the basic-level local League organizations.
