浅议“被族文化”视野下高校共青团工作的创新机制

摘要 "被XX",是一种特殊社会状态下生成的特殊词性。当下,以"被+不及物动词"为代表的"被族文化"在高校校园里广为流传。大学生之所以"被"不离口,除了他们自身的原因外,高校共青团工作也存在着不足。在"被族文化"冲击下的高校共青团应创新工作机制、加强理论学习,提升理论素养、拓宽工作视野,畅通信息渠道、倾听学生心声、加强舆论监控,正确认识网络、善于利用微博、建立对话平台。 "Being forced to do" is a special part of speech created in a special social status.Nowadays,"Forced Group's Culture",with "Being forced to + intransitive verb" as the feature,is widely circulated in the campuses of the universities.The reason why the students often say "Being forced to" is due to their own excuses and the insufficiencies of the university CYL work.Under the impact of such a culture,the university CYL should do the following: innovate its working mechanism,strengthen theoretical study,improve theory attainment and broaden work visions;clear up information channels,listen to their aspirations and strengthen public opinion monitoring;correctly understand the Internet and establish a dialogue platform with proper use of Micro-Blogs.
