高校就业指导理念与就业能力培养体系构建

Setting up the Concept of Career Guidance and a Training System for the Employability of Graduates in Universities

近年来,大学生结构性失业问题日益突出,这一现象引起社会各界的广泛关注。而没有树立好与自身相适应的就业指导理念和构建好大学生就业能力培养体系是主要原因。因此,高校要树立正确的大学生就业指导理念,以适应时代要求的大学生就业能力培养与提升诉求。高校就业指导理念与大学生就业能力培养息息相关。高校要树立大学生就业是高校生命线的理念、有限就业市场导向的理念、全程化就业指导培养理念,进而构建符合高校自身的大学生就业能力培养教育、实践和保障体系,切实提高大学生就业能力。

Recently,the problem of structural unemployment among university graduates has been increasingly prominent,which draws much attention in the society.The main reasons are： proper concepts of career guidance and the training system of employability have not been established.Therefore,universities should set up the correct concept of guiding the students for the occupations so as to adapt to the demands of the time for the students＇ appeals of employability training and improvement.This concept closely links with the training of students＇ employability.Universities should set up the following concepts： graduates＇ employment as the lifeline of higher education,the orientation of limited job-markets and thorough training with employment guidance;furthermore,build a system of education,practice and guarantee,which conforms to the ability training of their own,in order to practically improve the students＇ employabilities.
